Lewis County Transit will implement updates to select fixed bus routes on Monday, September 14 to improve rider experience and access. The updated Rider Guide will be shared here as soon as it is available. Our online Route Schedule will be updated on the evening of Sunday, September 13, after weekend services have closed.

Lewis County Transit publishes route changes bi-annually, in the spring and fall.

Green Route

Lewis County Transit’s Green Route will see the most changes this fall, which will be partly mitigated by the introduction of our new “Lacey Express” line, which will run Monday thru Friday.

The Elderberry St., Ralph Heck Wy., Flying J’s, and Olympia Transit Center stops have been removed from Green Route. Our new Lacey Express will take riders from the new Exit 77 Park & Ride in Chehalis to the Mellen Street Transit Station in Centralia, then to Ralph Heck Way in Grand Mound and the Martin Street

Lacey Express

Red Route

A stop at Winco in Centralia has been added to the end of the Red Route. Stop times for the Fred Meyer warehouse in Chehalis have been pushed back slightly to accommodate.

Yellow Route

The Winco stop has been removed from our Yellow Route. It is now being served via the Red Route.

Blue Route

Stops at Winco, Berryfields, and Fullers have been removed.

Orange Route

Winco has been added as a 3rd stop along the Orange Route, followed by a stop at Pear & Yew. A new stop has been added at 20733 Old Highway 99. The stop at Classic Chevy has been removed.

Brown, Brown East, and Purple Routes

No further changes will be made to these routes this year.
